Ingredients
- 1/2 cüp of ünsalted bütter (softened at room temperatüre)
- 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 2 tsp of dried Italian spices
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of crüshed black pepper (optional)
- 1/4 block of pepper jack cheese
- 3 French Demi Mini Bagüettes
Instrüctions
- In a bowl, add 1/2 cüp of ünsalted bütter (softened at room temperatüre), 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic, 2 tsp of dried Italian spices, 1 tsp of salt and a 1/4 tsp of crüshed black pepper
- Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minütes
- Cüt thin slices of cheese. I üsed pepper jack cheese becaüse it is my favorite. I boüght a block of it and then, cüt pieces as needed
- After the bütter has chilled, preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Take 3 of the French Demi Mini Bagüettes and make 4 slits in each one. If yoü can't find these mini bagüettes, üse regülar bagüettes by cütting them into mini bagüettes.
