VANILLA ALMOND POÜND CAKE |
Ingredients
- 1/2 cüp bütter softened
- 1 cüp sügar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cüps floür
- 1/2 cüp soür cream
- fresh berries or any früit
- whipped cream
Instrüctions
- Preheat the oven to 350. Spray 4 mini loaf pans (or one regülar size loaf pan) with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl or the bowl of the stand mixer, beat together the bütter and sügar üntil light and flüffy. Add the eggs one at a time, and mix to combine.
- Add the vanilla and almond extract and mix to combine. Mix in the baking powder and salt.
- With the mixer rünning on low speed, add half of the floür, followed by the soür cream, and then the remaining floür, and mix üntil smooth.
- Poür into the prepared pan(s) and smooth the top.
