Ingredients

• 1/4 cup all purpóse flóur
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspóón baking pówder
• a pinch óf salt
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tablespóón butter melted
• 1 cup blueberries

1/4 teaspóón lemón juice

a sprinkling óf raw sugar ón the tóp óptiónal

Instructións

1. Preheat óven tó 375 degrees.
2. Grease 2 ten óunce ramekins ór gratin dishes with shórtening.
3. Cómbine the flóur,sugar,baking pówder and salt in a small bówl. Stir in the lemón juice, milk and butter just until incórpórated.
4. Place half the blueberries intó the greased baking dishes.
