SPINACH AND PROSCIUTTO PINWHÉÉLS





Ingrédiénts

  • 12 oz can créscénts
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 5 slicés of prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 clovés garlic
  • 8 oz réducéd fat créam chéésé
  • Salt/péppér to tasté


Instructions

  1. Pré-héat ovén to 350 dégréés. Spray a baking shéét with non-stick cooking spray or liné with parchmént papér. Sét asidé.
  2. Rémové thé créscént dough from thé can and roll out dough onto a flat, covéréd surfacé. Do not knéad dough or it will bécomé too tough to work with.
  3. Oncé dough is on a flat surfacé, pinch togéthér any séparations in thé dough and préss togéthér to maké oné long, évén réctangular shapé. Sét asidé.
  4. In a largé skillét, on médium héat, add oil and garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant and add prosciutto and spinach. Cook until spinach is téndér and prosciutto is slightly crisp.
  5. Rémové from héat and transfér to a médium bowl. Stir in créam chéésé until all ingrédiénts aré combinéd. Séason with salt/péppér to tasté.
  6. Spréad mixturé événly onto dough and roll into a long tubé shapé. Cut into approximatély 12 rolls.
