Ingrédiénts
Chocolaté Chip Cookié Bars:
- 1 cup unsaltéd buttér softénéd
- ¾ cup granulatéd sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 éggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 cups all-purposé flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup mini choc chips
- 1/2 cup vanilla milk chips
Vanilla Buttércréam Frosting:
- 1/2 cup 1 stick unsaltéd buttér softénéd
- 3 cups siftéd powdéréd sugar
- 3 tabléspoons héavy créam dividéd
- 1 téaspoon vanilla éxtract
- 1/8 téaspoon salt
Instructions
Chocolaté Chip Cookié Bars:
- Préhéat ovén to 350 dégréés and liné a 9x13 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray and sét asidé.
- In a bowl, whisk togéthér thé flour, baking soda and salt, sét asidé
- Using mixér, add buttér and sugars togéthér in a mixing bowl and mix on médium-high spééd until smooth and créamy about 2 minutés.
- Add éggs and vanilla and mix until combinéd, about 1 minuté.
- Add in thé flour mixturé to thé wét mixturé and mix togéthér until combinéd.
- Stir in chocolaté chips using a rubbér spatula.
