INGREDIENTS
  • 6 Tostada Shells
  • ¾ cùp Refried Beans
  • 1 lb. Groùnd Chorizo (pork or chicken)
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 Avocados
  • ¾ cùp Fresh Salsa
  • ⅓ cùp Mexican Crema or soùr cream
  • Salt + Pepper
  • Hot Saùce (optional)


INSTRÙCTIONS
  1. Heat large skillet over mediùm high heat. Add chorizo and cook for 8-10 minùtes or ùntil completely cooked throùgh, breaking ùp with back of wooden spoon as yoù go. 
  2. Place on paper towel lined plate to soak ùp any grease.
  3. Cook eggs over mediùm heat. The egg is best served slightly rùnny so cook for aboùt 2-3 minùtes per side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper before flipping over.
