Low Carb Chocolatê Pêanut Buttêr Browniês



Ingrêdiênt
  • 1 cup unsaltêd buttêr, cubêd
  • 1/2 cup unswêêtênêd cocoa powdêr
  • 1/2 cup êrythritol (I usêd Swêrvê)
  • 2 wholê êggs
  • 1 êgg yolk
  • 1 têaspoon vanilla êxtract
  • 1 1/2 cups Bob’s Rêd Mill Supêr-Finê Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, choppêd
  • 1/2 cup smooth pêanut buttêr


Instructions
  1. Prêhêat ovên to 325 dêgrêês. Using buttêr, grêasê a 9x9 inch baking pan, sêt asidê.
  2. In a microwavê-safê bowl, mêlt cubêd buttêr in thê microwavê, about 1 minutê. Add cocoa powdêr and stir until fully incorporatêd.
  3. Stir in êrythritol and continuê to stir until fully incorporatêd, sêt asidê.
  4. In a largê bowl, whisk êggs and vanilla togêthêr. Add chocolatê mixturê to thê êgg mixturê and stir until fully incorporatêd. 
  5. Add almond flour and walnuts and stir in until flour is complêtêly incorporatêd and walnuts arê êvênly distributêd.
  6. Spoon battêr into grêasêd baking pan and bakê for 20-25 minutês. Browniês will bê moist and fudgê-likê, so bê carêful not to ovêr bakê!
