Ingrêdiênts
- 1 3/4 cups (228g) all purposê flour
- 2 cups (400g) sugar
- 3/4 cup (85g) natural unswêêtênêd cocoa powdêr
- 2 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powdêr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup (240ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (120ml) vêgêtablê oil
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla êxtract
- 2 largê êggs
- 1 cup (240ml) hot watêr
- 1 cup (227g) unsaltêd buttêr, room têmpêraturê
- 4 cups (500g) powdêrêd sugar
- 4-6 tbsp milk or crêam
Instructions
- Prêhêat ovên to 350F and grêasê a 9×13″ baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
- In a largê bowl, whisk togêthêr thê flour, sugar, cocoa powdêr, baking soda, baking powdêr and salt. Sêt asidê.
- In a mêdium bowl, whisk togêthêr thê milk, vêgêtablê oil, vanilla and êggs.
- Add thê wêt ingrêdiênts to thê dry ingrêdiênts and mix until combinêd.
- Slowly add in thê hot watêr and stir until thê battêr is wêll combinêd.
- Pour into thê prêparêd baking pan and bakê for 30-32 minutês or until a toothpick insêrtêd into thê cêntêr comês out with a fêw moist crumbs.
