Honêy Cakê (Mêdovik Cakê) with Dulcê dê Lêchê |
Ingrêdiênts:
- 2 êggs
- 150 grammês sugar
- 4 Tbs of honêy
- 113 gr buttêr
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbs vinêgar
- about 500 of flour
- 2 boxês of dulcê dê lucê (about 800 gr)
- 170 grammês buttêr at room têmp.
Dirêctions:
- Mix thê sugar, honêy and êggs with a whisk in a mêdium-largê pot. Placê abovê a largê pot with boiling watêr (Ban Mariê).
- Add thê buttêr, and kêêp mixing until thê sugar is complêtêly mêltêd and thê mixturê is uniform.
- Rêmovê from hêat. In a small bowl mix thê baking soda with thê vinêgar, add to thê êgg mix and stir wêll.
- Slowly add thê flour whilê mixing, until thê dough is soft and plêasant to thê touch. Covêr with plastic wrap and rêfrigêratê for 20 mins.
- Roll thê dough into a stripê and cut to 7 êqual piêcês. Its vêry important that thêy arê êqual, so usê a scalê if you'rê not surê. Prê-hêat thê ovên to 170C dêgrêês.
- On lightly flourêd baking papêr, flattên êach piêcê to a thin circlê. With a platê or a 20 c "m ring cut a circlê and kêêp thê êxtra.
- Placê thê baking papêr with thê circlê in a pan and bakê in thê middlê of thê ovên for 6 to 7 minutês. a worn rack .
- Aftêr 5 minutês rêmovê thê baking papêr gêntly and placê thê dough dirêctly on thê rack to fully cool.
