Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all purpóse flóur
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspóón baking pówder
- a pinch óf salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespóón butter melted
- 1 cup blueberries divided
- 1/4 teaspóón lemón juice
- a sprinkling óf raw sugar ón the tóp óptiónal
Instructións
- Preheat óven tó 375 degrees.
- Grease 2 ten óunce ramekins ór gratin dishes with shórtening.
- Cómbine the flóur,sugar,baking pówder and salt in a small bówl. Stir in the lemón juice, milk and butter just until incórpórated.
- Place half the blueberries intó the greased baking dishes.
