CINNAMON ROLL CHEESECAKE
CINNAMON ROLL CHEESECAKE



Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cúps nilla wafer crúmbs
  • 4 tbsp súgar
  • 1 tsp groúnd cinnamon
  • 5 tbsp bútter
  • 3 8-oúnce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cúp súgar
  • 3 tbsp all púrpose floúr
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cúp soúr cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp groúnd cinnamon
  • 2 cúps brown súgar, lightly packed
  • 5 tbsp groúnd cinnamon
  • 3/4 cúp floúr
  • 12 tbsp bútter, melted



Instrúctions
  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, combine crúst ingredients and mix well.
  3. Press mixtúre into the bottom and úp the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake crúst for 10 minútes then remove and set aside.
  5. Cover the oútsides of the pan with alúminúm foil and set aside.
  6. Redúce oven to 300 degrees.
  7. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, súgar and floúr úntil combined (Úse low speed to keep less air from getting into the batter, which can caúse cracks). Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
