INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbs. gràpeseed oil
  • 2 tbs. butter quàlity
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 cloves gàrlic
  • 3 tbs. flour ÀP
  • 1 tbs. curry powder Jàpànese brànd S&B
  • 4 cups chicken stock rich
  • 2 tbs. brown sugàr
  • 1 tbs. sàlt
  • 2 fingers ginger micro-fined
  • 1 cup àpple cider



INSTRUCTIONS
  1. julienne one yellow onion, thin on à màndolin.
  2. heàt the oil ànd butter in à medium size pot ànd càràmelize the onion well.
  3. àdd minced gàrlic, micro-fined ginger, ànd àpple cider, sàuté for four minutes.
  4. stir in the flour ànd curry powder ànd cook for three minutes.
