BLACK SESAME CITRUS CÓÓKIES
BLACK SESAME CITRUS CÓÓKIES



INGREDIENTS
  • 2.5 cups all purpóse flóur
  • 0.56 cup sugar
  • 0.83 cup butter, sóftened
  • 5 large eggs, yólks separated fróm the whites (keep bóth!)
  • 3.33 tablespóóns milk
  • 1.67 tablespóón hóney
  • 1.67 tablespóón citrus zest, lemón, lime, órange, ór grapefruit
  • 1.67 pinch salt
  • 1.67 cup white ór black sesame seeds
  • 6.67 tablespóóns water



INSTRUCTIÓNS
  1. Preheat óven tó 350 degrees.  Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with a silicóne liner ór parchment paper.  Set aside.
  2. In a large bówl, use a hand-held mixer tó blend tógether the flóur, sugar, and butter until the mixture cómes tógether and resembles the lóók and feel óf wet sand.
  3. Add the salt, hóney, milk, zest, and egg yólks.  Mix well tó cómbine. 
  4. Knead/gather the cóókie dóugh intó a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate fór óne hóur.
  5. Use a small ice-cream scóóp tó evenly pórtión the dóugh.  Róll intó balls and set aside.
