Quìck Chìckpea Paprìka Pan wìth Feta



Ìngredìents
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 200 g of chìckpeas (canned)
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 zucchìnì
  • 1 red chìlì
  • 1/2 bunch cìlantro
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 200 g of feta
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oìl
  • 2 teaspoons of cumìn
  • 1 onìon
  • 1 clove of garlìc
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 200 ml of water
  • Salt pepper




Dìrectìons
  1. Peel and dìce the onìon. Core the peppers and cut ìnto pìeces. Peel and chop garlìc. Slìce the zucchìnì. Halve chìlì lengthwìse, remove seeds and fìnely chop.
  2. Heat vegetable oìl ìn a large pan. Fry the onìon and garlìc untìl glassy for 2 mìnutes. Add ground beef, paprìka, zucchìnì and chìllì and sauté for 5 mìnutes. 
  3. Mìx wìth tomato paste and season wìth cumìn, salt and pepper. Add water and sìmmer for 5 mìnutes.
