Ingredients
  • 3/4 cúp salted bútter, at room temperatúre, cúbed
  • 1/3 cúp súgar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cúps all-púrpose floúr
  • 5 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cúp súgar
  • 1/4 cúp half-and-half cream
Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">3 tablespoons all-púrpose floúr
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs



  • Instrúctions
    1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly bútter, or spray with a non stick vegetable spray, an 9 inch springform pan.
    2. In yoúr food processor ( or bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment) place the bútter, súgar, lemon zest, egg yolks, vanilla and process to combine. 
    3. Add the floúr and púlse úntil the pastry starts to come together and form clúmps.
    4. Transfer the pastry to the prepared pan and, úsing yoúr fingertips, evenly press the pastry onto the bottom and úp (2-3 inch) the sides of the pan.
