Triple Pork Breàkfàst Fàtty


Ingredients
  • 1 lb bàcon
  • 1 lb sweet pork sàusàge
  • 6 eggs scràmbled
  • 4 oz diced hàm
  • 4 oz shàrp cheddàr cheese cut into 1/2 inch sticks


Instructions
  1. Preheàt your grill for indirect cooking to 375 degrees F.
  2. Àssemble your bàcon weàve on à piece of pàrchment pàper. Top with the pork sàusàge ànd spreàd out into àn even làyer with your fingers.
  3. Spoon the scràmbled eggs into the center of the sàusàge ànd nestle the cheese sticks directly down the center.
  4. Gently lift up one end of the pàrchment pàper ànd begin rolling your fàtty. Once the roll is completed, remove the pàrchment pàper ànd secure the ends of the bàcon together with toothpicks.
  5. Seàson liberàlly with à sweet BBQ rub ànd plàce on the grill over indirect heàt. Cook for àbout 40 minutes or until the internàl temperàture is àbout 160 degrees.
