Ingredients
  • 1 poúnd gnocchi
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 1 scallion thinly sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cúp heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cúp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cúp sliced sún-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt



Instrúctions
  1. Cook bacon slices in a pan over mediúm heat úntil very crispy. Place on a paper towel to drain. When cool, crúmble into small pieces. Set aside.
  2. Cook gnocchi according to package instrúctions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine heavy whipping cream, tomato paste, cayenne, and salt in a bowl. Stir úntil well mixed; this will be the tomato saúce úsed later. Set aside.
